First Book of 2026 - Finished!

This was nice. It started a little rocky; there's quite a lot of world-building, and while I don't usually mind that, it was a bit of a bore. I considered DNFing. However, as the story progressed, I became more invested. The world, while confusing, is still interesting, and the people are layered. I was often torn deciding who was good, who was bad, and who was both.

I'll most likely continue on with the series. Eventually.
