I Stayed for the Group Chat Energy

Anyway...

So, full disclosure: I really don't like Mystery/Thrillers. I try. Really, I do. But, they just aren't for me. Nonetheless, this was a group read, and I'm here for that, so ... here we are.

I didn't hate this. In fact, while I honestly got incredibly lost on the extremely complicated plot... I actually did LOVE the characters. They MAKE the book. I mean, really. Osman is a genius at characters. They are complex and interesting, and frankly, that's the only thing I cared about, and it will probably be the thing that gets me to continue on with the series.

That, and the reading challenges and buddy reads.
