I flew through this one, and loved every second of it. The shift to an open(ish)-world setup was exciting, and watching the NPC's evolve and the beginnings of rebellion spark to life? Chef's kiss.

The humor is still sharp, the pacing is perfection, and Carl is just tearing through whatever system dares to stand in his path.

I am INVESTED.
